These are the current activities and training opportunities on the list:

Hill work for strength and conditioning, longevity
In the arena for any specific riding goals and better balance, optimal performance
Ground work and mounted work with obstacles for confidence, trust and behavioral understanding
Gymnastics and Jumping toward strength, agility and course work
Dressage suppling for improved balance and harmony toward test riding practice
Seat lessons for dexterity and coordination of the rider to “move with” the horse
Un-mounted posture and strength seat session. Anytime but esp. on bad weather days, our gym in the basement is available to schedule an unmounted structural integration seat lesson session, instead of your riding lesson. This session will evaluate your static posture and movement in your daily life compared to your seated riding posture for optimal movement with the horse. This will be a stretching and postural session; not a full workout session. We will use our saddle stand to apply postural principles learned to sitting in the saddle. This is more helpful and revealing than you can imagine, to those of you that haven’t had a session like this before.
